Serena Williams opened up about love and heartbreak in an interview for CNN's Piers Morgan show. The 13-time Grand Slam champion believes it is harder to overcome an heartbreak than a pulmonary surgery.
The former World nº1 was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital in March 2011 to undergo emergency treatment for complications from an earlier pulmonary embolism -- a blockage in an artery of her lung. But it seems that for her the pain of losing a loved one is much harder to cope.
Serena admits she's not ready to date, as she had already twitted last April.
Watch some parts of the interview aired last Friday night.
