World nº1 Maria Sharapova is in Spain for a small vacation. On Thursday, the Russian decided to mix business with pleasure and paid a visit to the candy factory that is producing her own brand of sweets and candy in Murcia, Spain. The brand is called Sugarpova and some of the candies resemble tennis balls and are packaged in containers shaped like tennis-ball cans. On Facebook, "Masha" posted a photo at the factory and said she had "to pump" her stomach after the visit. You can see one of the flavors being produced in the background.
Back in February, she took a sample of her gummy bears to Chelsea Handler's show. Check out her interview.
In Spain, Sharapova also took some time off from her short break to visit her former tennis academy, Juan Carlos Ferrero Equelite, in Alicante. Ferrero himself, Nicolas Almagro and dozens of guests had a special dinner with the 1-ranked tennis woman.
